Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 2+ years of engineering experience OR Master's Science degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
- Experience in System Engineering activities such as: Software requirements development, Requirements development, Test Case development, Verification and Validation i.e. experience running tests and documenting results
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance is required.
- Ability to work onsite full-time at Woodland Hills, CA

Responsibilities
- Identifying unique requirements from a broad customer base, flowing the requirements into design documentation, and working with a diverse team to build and test those requirements.
- Work on the capabilities of current products, performance analyses, design information, and requirements verification methods.
- Ensure logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation.
- Generate, review, and manage multiple requirements sets that cover all aspects of both performance and nonperformance including mechanical interfaces, electrical interfaces, data requirements, environmental requirements, and reliability.
- Awareness and responsiveness to contract milestones and deliverables.
- Work with an Agile team to ensure the designs are sufficient to meet the system requirements.
- Work with various Agile teams to ensure all requirements are verified through inspection, analysis, demonstration, or test often by providing test and data reduction scripts.
- Facilitate test directions to ensure production tests and troubleshooting tests are executed correctly and resulting data conforms to requirements.
- Develop simulation models for sensors and systems.
