About The Position

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be required to lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of sophisticated hybrid systems that include software, web, and hardware components. They will oversee the full systems development lifecycle including requirements specification, system design, coding, testing, and long-term maintenance. The role involves integrating various technologies such as network operating systems, application software, and hardware devices to create unified and functional systems. The candidate will ensure that all technical components align with overarching project goals, operational needs, and organizational constraints, while evaluating system-level trade-offs involving cost, schedule, and performance, balancing user needs and technical feasibility. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including software developers, IT professionals, and network engineers is essential to deliver reliable and scalable system solutions. Broader factors such as user experience, social impacts, and logistical support will be considered when shaping system architecture and deployment strategies. The role also includes supporting ongoing improvement efforts by identifying areas of technical risk and implementing best practices in system design and integration.
