About The Position

Mercury Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer to assist in the development of the next-generation of Mercury’s industry-leading edge processing solutions. In this role, you will be supporting Space programs, RF, Mixed Signal and Electronic Warfare product lines. You’ll be working in a matrix organization on multi-disciplined engineering teams while collaborating with program management, operations, and our leadership to meet customer needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's of Science degree or higher in a STEM (EE, CE, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline.
Typically requires 2 years of Systems Engineering experience with requirements, integration, verification and validation.
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time.

Nice To Haves

Applied experience in Jama & requirements management.
Active Secret clearance.
Applied experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, with Cameo Enterprise Architect and SysML modeling.
Experience with RF and Mixed Signal, ADC and DAC, heterogenous (FPGA and SoC) processing applications.
Experience in Confluence and Jira.
Master’s degree in a Systems Engineering or STEM discipline.
Design experience.
Familiarity with high-performance RF and digital processing solutions as applied to radar and Electronic Warfare systems.
Applied experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, with Cameo Enterprise Architect and SysML modeling.

Responsibilities

Executing System Engineering activities such as translating stakeholder needs, requirements development, interface definition, verification and validation.
Executing System Engineering as part of an IPT throughout the complete program lifecycle.
