The T&I department provides subject matter support focusing on driving affordability, process improvement, and cost-informed decision-making initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of systems engineering practices. The Systems Engineer will report to the Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) Affordability Engineering section within the T&I Department. This role supports affordability, Design-to-Unit Production Cost (DTUPC), and life cycle cost activities across munitions, radar, and sensor programs. The Systems Engineer is an established professional contributor who works with limited supervision on moderately complex assignments, supporting affordability, DTUPC, and life cycle cost activities across planning, design, production, and sustainment phases, while collaborating with engineering, program management, manufacturing, and supply chain teams and receiving guidance from senior affordability engineers. This position is located onsite in Marlborough, MA.
