As a Systems Engineer, you will be using your skills and expertise to research, architect, model, simulate, test, certify and improve cutting edge products and services. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
Proficiency with Systems modeling and simulation tools.
Practical knowledge of multiple Engineering principles and practices.
Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
Knowledge of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation; systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and V&V principles.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Background in Aerospace and Defense industry.
Experience with requirements management and system modelling tools, such as DOORS, Cameo, MATLAB.
Knowledge of industry standard mechanical design principles, to include, but not limited to, requirements management, MBSE.
Experience or certification in International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) standards [Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP)].
Exposure to baseline definition and maturation in a complex development setting, including the use of high impact trade studies.
Understanding of establishing and tracking key Technical Performance Measurements (TPM).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with aircraft mission systems integration including computer networking, video encoding, and containerized applications
Familiarity with ISR operations, aircraft, and sensor systems

Responsibilities

Perform intermediate tasks in requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE.
Conduct system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management with minimal supervision.
Technical responsibility for the development and integration of advanced systems incorporating AI/ML and autonomous capabilities
Maintain and support systems integration lab and integration/test events
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
