Noblis is seeking qualified military members who are eligible to participate in the DOD Skillbridge as a Systems Engineer. This program is an initiative to help transitioning active-duty people to find meaningful employment opportunities and preparing them for the civilian workforce. The Corporate Fellowship Program is 90 - 120 days and involves hands-on experience and training. Supervisors and mentors share their experience and knowledge and provide feedback. At our Network Integration Engineering Facility (NIEF) in San Diego, we support the end-to-end deployment and validation of critical shipboard systems including CANES, ADNS, MSC and other enterprise IT architectures. Our work ensures that today's warfighters are equipped with secure, reliable, and mission-ready technologies. Position Overview As a Systems Engineer, you will provide direct support for the installation, configuration, integration, and validation of enterprise-class software and hardware systems across U.S. Navy platforms. This role is critical to enabling warfighter readiness and advancing fleet modernization initiatives. You will operate on-site at Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) within the Naval Integration and Engineering Facility (NIEF), collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and cybersecurity professionals. Your efforts will directly contribute to platform certification and mission readiness by executing structured Pre-Installation Test and Checkout (PITCO) procedures in accordance with Navy configuration control and cybersecurity compliance standards.
