About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support enterprise infrastructure environments across cloud and on-premises platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in cloud technologies, systems administration, networking, virtualization, and infrastructure operations. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can ensure system reliability, security, scalability, and performance while supporting mission-critical business applications and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering / Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Expertise in Windows & Linux Administration
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or virtualization technologies
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and backup solutions
- Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible is a plus
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or similar are preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, and support cloud and on-prem infrastructure environments
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and storage systems
- Configure and maintain cloud services in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Monitor infrastructure health, system performance, and security compliance
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and networking components
- Perform server patching, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery activities
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, network, and cloud-related issues
- Implement infrastructure automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Support virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams for deployments and optimization
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure standards
