About The Position

Modernize GSM's IT infrastructure, provide dedicated ISSO/ISSM security compliance support, and apply MBSE to secure MASINT data flows. This role requires a deep technical understanding of MASINT and specific sensor phenomenologies (Radar, EO, Bistatics), proven experience in Systems Engineering (MBSE) and IT/Cybersecurity standards (ISSO, RMF), and proficiency in federal acquisition management and financial execution (PPBE). Strong communication skills are essential for liaising between GSM leadership, external partners, and technical teams.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Physics or related Technical degree
• 7+ years of experience in Space/Ground Aerospace Systems Engineering
• Deep technical understanding of MASINT and specific sensor phenomenologies (Radar, EO, Bistatics)
• Proven experience in Systems Engineering (MBSE) and IT/Cybersecurity standards (ISSO, RMF)
• Proficiency in federal acquisition management and financial execution (PPBE)
• Strong communication skills to liaise between GSM leadership, external partners, and technical teams
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
