About The Position

We are currently looking for a Systems Engineer 1 to join our team in Canton, MS. In this role, you'll support manufacturing, supply chain, and facility operations by helping design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain communication, control, quality, and monitoring systems. You'll work on system and process equipment improvements, support model change initiatives, and help ensure reliable, efficient operations throughout the facility.

Requirements

0-1 years of IS/IT experience and an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in Microsoft .Net C#, Visual Basic, and SQL.
Experience in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
Object oriented programming and design experience.
Proficient in utilizing specialized software to design and develop highly technical applications.
The ability to work on-site in Canton, MS.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have above average troubleshooting and computer skills.
The ability to collect, analyze and develop solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while improving reliability, uptime, accuracy, and overall system usability.
Analyze trends, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement software and hardware solutions in a complex manufacturing environment.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
