About The Position

The Data Operations & Systems Analyst will act as the Field teams’ advocate, administrator, and subject matter expert for the Field Tech Stack and data operations. In alignment with and in support of the Contentful Business Systems team, this person will be responsible for administrative tasks related to implementing and maintaining the business tools used by our field team. The analyst will also assist with data operations and hygiene to ensure accurate reporting. This role will also assist with strategic Tech Stack planning to scale and build the next level of resources needed to meet our business goals around AI. What to expect? Manage the administrative aspects of Field tech stack from implementation, user management, and daily maintenance thereafter. Assist with day-to-day data hygiene tasks across field systems. Own usage reporting and analysis from various systems Inform vendor renewal, user, and use case expansion and procurement processes. Collaborate with regional and cross-functional Operation teams, Enablement, Marketing, Product, and other departments to improve integration of all tools and use case applications. Analyze and help optimize current system-driven processes to scale for growth and efficiency, such as enablement delivery, predictive modeling of machine learning across tech stack. Contribute to team-wide project management. Assist with the development of project plans to drive software systems and processes. improvements, enhance business efficiency, and manage new product implementations. Perform in-depth analysis and insights into key business metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years professional experience (Saas preferred)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, versatile and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in data analysis (excel is a must)
  • Data visualization experience (tableau preferred)
  • A.I. literacy for business use cases (preferred)
  • CRM experience (SFDC preferred)
  • Procurement and vendor management experience (a plus)
  • Process mapping and flow chart experience a must (Miro experience preferred)
  • Project mgmt experience (preferred)
