About The Position

TESA is seeking a highly capable Cyber/Systems Engineer with strong experience in IT systems administration, requirements development, and technical writing. This candidate should have a high level understanding of systems engineering. Key deliverables for this role include help guides/templates about cybersecurity topics, conducting peer reviews of these guides, writing system and cyber requirements, and documenting the verification methods for these requirements. Success in this role is defined by the successful approval of the help guides/templates through the Raytheon Change Control Board (CCB).

Requirements

  • 3 years of Systems Engineering requirements experience.
  • Understand Systems Administration concepts.
  • Understand Cyber Compliance audits.
  • Understanding about Test Equipment.
  • Understanding about Cyber vulnerability audits.
  • Bachelors degree in Cyber, IT, or Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Create help guides/templates on a variety of system administration topics, which may include cybersecurity, cyber compliance, cyber vulnerability audits relating to Test Equipment.
  • Conduct peer reviews about the help guides/templates the candidate is working on.
  • Write system requirements, along with cyber requirements.
  • Document the verification methods for the requirements.
  • Research cybersecurity topics and Raytheon processes.
  • Prepare for peer reviews.
  • Making updates to documents.
