This position is responsible for processing application systems in the Print Shop and Master Console areas, managing the flow of all production and development jobs through the system. The role requires on-site work and involves administering company, division, and department policies, procedures, and standards, with a focus on security and environmental issues related to the Datacenter. The individual will develop information for daily status reports, ensure documentation manuals are up-to-date, and communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel to resolve problems. Responsibilities include filling out UCR and Incident tickets, maintaining logs for Customer Engineers, and efficiently utilizing console and auxiliary equipment to process scheduled jobs. The role also involves maintaining necessary materials and equipment, ensuring timely printing of reports according to SLAs, reporting program/machine/scheduling issues to the Shift Supervisor, and cleaning/maintaining print shop equipment. Additionally, the position requires correctly printing reports, filling out order forms, and printing/voiding checks. Assisting with new software and hardware installations and continuously monitoring/reacting to IT operations schedules are also key duties, along with maintaining accurate logs and documentation of system operations, issues, and resolutions.
