Requirements

  • Must be available to work in the NYC office from Monday – Thursday for a total of 28 hours per week, from June 7 – August 12, 2027.
  • Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2027 or 2028 are eligible.
  • Open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry level candidates with up to 1 year of work experience.

  • Ideal candidates are either currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from an undergraduate or master’s program.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related field (internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework welcome).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and natural curiosity for how processes work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive learner who thrives in collaborative environments and is motivated to take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • A passion for books is highly valued!
  • Exposure to tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and user needs.
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining business artifacts such as requirements documents, process maps, and user stories.
  • Assist with analyzing data and preparing recommendations that highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate actively in project meetings—capturing notes, following up on action items, and ensuring progress is communicated clearly.
  • Support testing and validation activities to confirm solutions meet business needs.
  • Help prepare presentations, dashboards, and status updates to share insights and outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Develop proficiency in industry-standard tools and methods (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BABOK, Excel) through hands-on experience.

Benefits

  • Compensation for this internship is $18 per hour.
