About The Position

As a Systems Assembly Technician, you will assemble custom wet processing and precision cleaning equipment. The work includes mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and process plumbing, performed in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Available weekend schedules are Friday–Sunday, Saturday–Monday, Friday–Monday, or Saturday–Tuesday, with shifts beginning at 6:00 AM and ending at either 6:30 PM or 4:30 PM, depending on the schedule. Shift differential is included. Overtime is available. JST is an industry leader in wet processing, drying, and chemical management tools for semiconductor, electronics, flat panel display, optoelectronics, medical device, and other industries where cleanliness is critical. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available. Employment offers are contingent on passing pre-employment drug testing. Experience in mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, commercial or industrial plumbing, HVAC installation and service, electrical or panel assembly, automotive or diesel repair, manufacturing, or equipment installation.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and plumbing diagrams.
Assemble and install pumps, motors, drives, controllers, manifolds, and flowmeters.
Perform point-to-point wiring and interface wiring for complete system assembly.
Install process plumbing and tubing for system integration.
Build mechanical and electrical subassemblies using hand and power tools.
Use measuring tools to verify assemblies meet quality standards.
