About The Position

The Systems Architect will help deliver human capital management technologies and services to the workforce, including data analytics that enable business decisions. The customer seeks an integrated enterprise IT support model to improve efficiency in the talent space and support strategic requirements involving learning, training compliance, foreign-language development and retention, job advertisements, selection, and performance. The role oversees consolidation and optimization of IT technical support and development for Sponsor applications and systems. Core hours are 0900 to 1500.

Requirements

• Active TOP SECRET clearance with polygraph.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating design, engineering, and product stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience managing and performing quality assurance for technical documentation, including usage guidelines, API documentation, migration guides, changelogs, and user support materials.
• Demonstrated experience driving adoption initiatives across product teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing design system or component library projects.
• Demonstrated project management experience with waterfall and Agile methodologies, including leading software development teams.
• Demonstrated experience implementing industry best practices and technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards and Agile methodology.
• Demonstrated experience proposing recommendations focused on improving UX/UI, reducing operations and maintenance, and increasing quality and delivery speed.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting web-based application, system, and service components and associated interfaces, including databases and web services/APIs, to support future-development decisions.
• Demonstrated experience managing user support processes, including triage, escalation workflows, and knowledge base development.
• Demonstrated experience developing and briefing IT support documents, including SOPs, digital IT workflows, IT knowledge bases, pre- and post-deployment checklists, IT architectural diagrams, system security plans, and administrative processes.

• Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor and partner IT organizations.
• Demonstrated experience with design tool governance, such as Figma libraries or design tokens.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with networking and platform hosting technologies.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI/SI into existing business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidation and optimization of IT technical support and development for Sponsor applications and systems.
• Develop a phased project plan, including implementation roles and resource projections, for consolidating IT technical support and development.
• Develop an Agile methodology implementation plan, including roles, for Sponsor adoption.
• Develop a document management plan covering required documents for Sponsor applications and systems, their storage locations, and versioning requirements.
• Develop a service management plan documenting tiered support for Sponsor applications and systems.
• Develop a reference architecture for adoption by Sponsor applications and systems.
