About The Position

The Systems Architect works within the City of Roseville’s Information Technology team and Strategic Planning Division, which brings together strategic planning, digital service delivery, governance, and project portfolio management. The role delivers, maintains, and evolves digital experience platforms and architects and advances mission-critical systems, including integrated data, content management systems, databases, and customer relationship management systems. These systems support essential services and help keep customers, residents, and businesses connected, protected, and informed.

The current vacancy is a regular, benefitted, full-time position. The normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; a flexible schedule may be available. A hybrid remote/office schedule may be available for discussion. The employment list created through this recruitment may also be used to fill future regular and limited-term City vacancies for the duration of the list.

Requirements

• Two years of responsible experience performing duties similar to those of a City of Roseville Business Systems Analyst II, Database Analyst II, or Information Technology Analyst II.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with major coursework in computer science, information systems, business management, business information systems, or a related field.
• Possession of a valid California driver’s license by the date of appointment.
• Some positions require clearance of a comprehensive Police Department background check within 12 months of appointment.
