About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Systems Architect - IV to join our team in Irving, Texas. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Pega CDH applications, managing proposition/offer matrices, and ensuring compliance with implementation standards. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, mentoring team members, and ensuring the scalability and performance of applications.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Pega Infinity 24.1, NBA Designer, JavaScript, HTML 5.0, and DevSecOps.
  • Experience with Pega PRPC technologies and Pega DSM (Decision Management).
  • Expertise in ADM and predictive models.
  • Strong understanding of 1:1 customer engagement optimization and implementation.
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing and proposition management strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 7+ years of IT systems experience.
  • Certifications: CSSA with CPDC/CPMC.

Responsibilities

  • Review requirements, design, and implement applications using Pega CDH.
  • Lead the design and development of applications for internal organizational use.
  • Manage the Proposition/Offer matrix and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Design and manage ADM and predictive models.
  • Develop Next Best Action strategies and agile stories as directed by the lead.
  • Ensure successful deployment of changes to higher environments.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of changes.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on system integration.
  • Ensure application scaling, performance, and operational requirements are met during the design phase.
  • Interact with stakeholders, including Business, Marketing, IT, PMO, and other teams, both offshore and onshore.
  • Plan and execute work seamlessly across geographical teams, accommodating US hours for meetings.
  • Provide regular status updates to management, including post-production monitoring and system-specific metrics.
  • Participate in team calls and schedule meetings with stakeholders, development, and testing teams.
