About The Position

The Systems & Utilities Assistant is an integral member of Hilltop's Operations team, serving as a front-line resource for RealPage/OneSite support across our growing multifamily portfolio. Reporting to the Systems & Utilities Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring our onsite teams have the tools, training, and troubleshooting support needed to operate efficiently and consistently. The ideal candidate brings deep RealPage expertise and a practical understanding of multifamily operations, with a passion for process improvement and a commitment to delivering exceptional support at every level of the organization. Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with and supporting RealPage/OneSite.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in multifamily housing industry required.
  • Must have previous experience troubleshooting Real Page/OneSite.
  • Must be able to travel to various sites for support and training purposes.
  • Proficient in providing end user support in accounting, property management and marketing
  • General knowledge of property management processes as they relate to successful multifamily operations.
  • Strong organizational & interpersonal skills with the ability to work with users at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Support all of Hilltop’s RealPage users including setup and troubleshooting of RealPage/OneSite programs related to onsite daily property operations.
  • Become thoroughly knowledgeable with Hilltop-specific property management and business procedures and needs, looking for opportunities to leverage RealPage/OneSite and capabilities to improve efficiency through workflow, automation and process improvement.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Regional Managers and their teams with all things RealPage, targeting to become a Hilltop Super User within the first 12 months, building trust with both the Systems & Utilities department and all of the Ops teams across our portfolio.
  • Participate in testing efforts related to new functionality and upgrades to existing systems integrations
  • Assist properties to help improve performance through training on user interfaces and utilization of all available Realpage reporting and functions.
  • Responsible for working with and supporting the Systems & Utilities team on Implementations to ensure the quality and consistency of the setup of properties.
