The Systems & Utilities Assistant is an integral member of Hilltop's Operations team, serving as a front-line resource for RealPage/OneSite support across our growing multifamily portfolio. Reporting to the Systems & Utilities Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring our onsite teams have the tools, training, and troubleshooting support needed to operate efficiently and consistently. The ideal candidate brings deep RealPage expertise and a practical understanding of multifamily operations, with a passion for process improvement and a commitment to delivering exceptional support at every level of the organization.
