About The Position

Holiday Beach Companies in Panama City Beach, FL is looking to hire a full-time Systems and Security Director to grow with us. Holiday Beach Companies is five unique companies in one - we are all-inclusive from Mechanical Service (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical), Short Term Rentals, Real Estate, Development and Construction. We offer the finest luxury vacation rentals throughout Florida's Panhandle. We also provide a variety of additional amenities and services, including daily beach chair and umbrella rentals, bonfires and more to help our guests make the most of their vacation! The Systems & Security Director is responsible for internal identity governance, security posture, systems discipline, and technical sovereignty across Holiday Beach Companies. This role focuses on governance, structure, and long-term system stability to support company growth. This role establishes and maintains governance over identity, access, security operations, and system integrity. The Director will oversee security posture, validate external vendors, and implement structured processes to ensure consistency, stability, and risk reduction across all systems.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra identity management
• Knowledge of security protocols, access control, and governance frameworks
• Experience with security operations, incident response, and risk mitigation
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze systems and implement structured solutions
• Strong communication and leadership alignment skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Audit and document Entra (Microsoft 365) tenant structure
• Review and manage administrative roles using least privilege principles
• Implement and test break-glass account procedures
• Audit and manage OAuth application permissions
• Establish Conditional Access policies
• Conduct regular identity risk reviews
• Validate managed service provider (MSP) security posture
• Review security alerts and escalate appropriately
• Develop and maintain incident response procedures
• Conduct phishing containment reviews
• Monitor and audit MFA enforcement
• Establish governance for AI usage by role
• Review data exposure prior to AI expansion
• Monitor integrations and API exposure
• Develop documentation for AI governance
• Maintain asset tracking and device visibility
• Align hardware onboarding with identity controls
• Ensure device compliance and proper configuration
• Produce regular security posture reports
• Maintain system and security documentation
• Establish governance cadence and review cycles
• Ensure no single points of dependency exist
• Participate in training and other duties as assigned by management
