What is the opportunity? The Director, PAM Systems Support, drives operational excellence across the organization's privileged access management ecosystem. This role oversees production-level support, maintenance and reliability of all PAM platforms, ensuring secure, compliant, and performant privileged access across hybrid infrastructure. Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, the Director leads a high-performing team that supports key PAM platforms and implements governance models for consistent privileged session management, secrets rotation, and least privileged enforcement. What will you do? Lead and manage PAM production support team across on-prem and cloud environments. Owns the operational integrity, uptime, and performance of PAM systems in production. Manages incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis for PAM tooling. Establishes and refines operational standards, SLOs, and change management processes. Partners with tech and cyber infrastructure teams to deploy upgrades, patches and new integrations securely. Develops dashboards and reports for PAM health, usage metrics, and compliance posture. Provides executive-level insights into platforms stability, capacity, and security risk reduction. Champions automation initiatives for account onboarding, credential rotations, and alerting workflows to drive efficiency and security posture improvements.
