About The Position

The Systems and Network Administrator provides Tier 1–2 support and is responsible for maintaining the organization's hybrid IT infrastructure. This role ensures secure, reliable access to systems, applications, and network services for both on-site and remote employees. The administrator will manage and support endpoints, servers, cloud services, and core network components.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11 administration.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and cloud services.
  • Endpoint management, patching, and compliance enforcement.
  • Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi, routing basics).
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and timeâ management skills
  • 3–5 years of progressive IT support or systems administration experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA , networking or security) are a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Experience with VMware, Hyperâ V, or Azure infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, or MDM solutions.
  • Ability to support and maintain network infrastructure (HP Aruba switches, FortiGate firewalls, Windows Servers).
  • Familiarity with security tools or SIEM platforms.
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications and integrating cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Manage user identities in Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID).
  • Deploy, configure, and manage endpoints using Intune or Endpoint Central.
  • Monitor and respond to endpoint security alerts (EDR, antivirus, compliance).
  • Support server environments including Windows Server, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyperâ V), and backup solutions (Cohesity).
  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and end-user training materials.
  • Perform and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide support for VPN connectivity, Wiâ Fi, LAN, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including HP Aruba switches and FortiGate firewalls.
  • Apply networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, and security best practices.
  • Collaborate with service providers, MSPs, and vendors to resolve complex network and infrastructure issues.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and problem resolution for end users.
  • Participate in IT projects and improvements to enhance system reliability and security.
