About The Position

The Systems Analyst will support, optimize, and enhance Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, with a focus on Epic applications across clinical and administrative domains. This role involves implementing and enhancing new Epic functionalities, upgrades, and related 3rd party integrations. The analyst will gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver effective and efficient solutions. Additionally, the position requires providing user training and assistance, monitoring system performance for continuous improvement, and ensuring system changes comply with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and data security protocols.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Info Systems, or closely related field; OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of related experience.
• 1 year of experience in the same or a related occupation.
• Experience, skills, or coursework in EHR systems applications, maintenance, enhancements, problem analysis & troubleshooting.
• Experience, skills, or coursework in user support.
• Experience, skills, or coursework in healthcare information systems design & analysis.
• Experience, skills, or coursework in biomedical database applications.
• Experience, skills, or coursework in health informatics programming.
• Experience, skills, or coursework in administrative & clinical health care systems applications.
