About The Position

Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Informatica IICS/snowflake solutions.
8+ years of E2E implementation experience involving phases from design, realization, testing, to go-live.
8+ years of deep understanding of Informatica data modeling, workflow, and integration capabilities and technologies, APIs, web services, and Informatica ETL tools.
8+ years of strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles.
8+ years of expertise in Azure Cloud and Snowflake Cloud Datawarehouse.
8+ years of strong knowledge in SQL Queries and Query optimization.
8+ years of ability to interact at a technical and non-technical level with Infrastructure, Network, Development, BA and QA.
8+ years of development experience in high transaction/high availability systems.
8+ years of experience with analyzing and recommending solutions for Production issues short-term and long term.
8+ years of Informatica PowerCenter/IICS development experience.
8+ years of knowledge and experience of managing reference data systems.
8+ years of experience in Python with data science libraries.
8+ years of experience in SQL programming and writing stored procedures, functions, views, SQL queries.
8+ years of experience working with HIPAA regulations and handling protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII).
8+ years of strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

Data warehouse development experience.
Experience with Snowflake.
Experience in designing, optimizing, documenting, and implementing the operational aspects that support the Snowflake cloud data platform, including cost monitoring, optimizations, and user security auditing.
Experience in implementing and supporting automation for managing Snowflake accounts, databases, and access roles.
Experience and understanding in proposing and implementing database and Snowflake query performance optimizations.
Experience with Git hub integration with snowflake and load data.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex Informatica IICS implementations for clients.
Provide technical mentorship to junior ETL developers.
Establish coding standards, templates, and best practices.
Analyze and recommend solutions for Production issues (short-term and long-term).
