About The Position

Provides support to end users relating to mobile devices, Windows desktop, BMS, and various other software and hardware devices. Help maintain and manage network equipment and infrastructure. Develop and implement assigned projects. This organization reserves the right to revise the essential position functions as the need arises.

Requirements

Individual should have an Associate’s degree or its equivalent.
Should be able to set work priorities and work independently in the absence of supervision and be able to understand and carry out oral and written directions.
Must have the ability to maintain high degree of motivation in team members to retain focus of providing highest level of customer satisfaction.
The individual should have minimum of 2 years of related experience, steady work record, and must be able to perform each of the essential position functions.
Ability to get around the corporate office for various tasks.
Ability to tolerate up and down movement with bending or stooping including reaching above and below shoulder height with arms and hands.
Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to operate equipment or other power equipment as necessary.
Must meet health assessment requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage mobile devices including repair/replacement, and oversight of account plans and their utilization.
Manage and maintain FileBound®, virus software and other various packages.
Manage/Monitor help desk support for end users.
Aid in maintaining and managing various servers, network equipment, and infrastructure.
Assist in support and maintenance of the Dealer Business System.
Assist as needed in any report writing needs.
Help as needed in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of other IT/IS activities.
Maintain regular communications with all of the organizations end users regarding pertinent business system software or other IS activities.
Develop and maintain how to documentation for various end user processes and needs.
Keep current with the latest technologies.
Aid in the development, implementation and maintenance of various projects as requested.
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
Resolve customers concerns efficiently and effectively.
Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products, services and support of all staff.
Promote a positive attitude at all times.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Exhibit Birkeys high level of customer service on a daily basis.
Acknowledge appreciation of clients and customer.
