About The Position

Provide technical support for the implementation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the school's server infrastructure, endpoint management environment, and enterprise technology services. Assist the Systems Administrator in maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient computing systems by performing system administration, endpoint management, software deployment, monitoring, and operational support. Serve as a technical resource for complex issues escalated from the Service Desk and participate in documentation, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to university IT standards and change management procedures. Partner with University departments to develop and implement university-wide technologies. Partner with consultants, vendors, and IT departments to resolve technical, operational and security needs.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application to teaching, learning, and administrative operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships, manage competing priorities, and effectively support faculty, staff, students, vendors, and university partners.

Benefits

  • In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $77,000.00 to USD $84,700.00.
