The successful candidate will have hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level systems and Java/J2EE application developers. The candidate performs advanced senior-level computer systems analysis and business analysis work for large-scale enterprise applications. This position works under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment. The candidate works directly with HHSC business, technical, and non-technical stakeholders to support day-to-day systems maintenance, operations, and emerging applications. The role oversees and prepares technical system and process diagrams, charts, and related documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts to describe current and proposed system designs, including costs, benefits, tasks, and outcomes.
