Systems Analyst III
About The Position
AV is looking for a highly talented Systems Analyst III to join our team! In this role you will support the MDA Chief Engineer (MDA/CE) in transforming the way in which the agency approaches engineering. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and is interested in utilizing those tools to help move the agency away from document-driven engineering. Assist with capturing and developing new system models to become the backbone for how MDA will approach future engineering efforts. Leverage your skills with a variety of MBSE tools. Coordinate with internal and external teams to collaborate on models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Strong MBSE experience
- Ability to excel in a team setting
- Experience with Interface or Interoperability engineering domains
- U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or protected individual such as a refugee, or asylee)
- Current U.S. Citizenship (due to contract requirements for some positions)
Nice To Haves
- Expertise in MBSE Tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.)
- MDA Experience
- Expertise in command and control (C2), data transport, Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT), or interoperability.
