Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• BS or BA in related field
• Minimum of 2 years working with clinical and/or financial applications within a healthcare/physician practice environment preferred OR 3-5 years of relevant clinical, business or technical experience.
• Demonstrated progressive experience with information systems; healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong analytic and organizational skills, particularly in planning, communications, process redesign and problem-solving.
• Must have proven ability to work with nursing, clinical providers, technical and/or business professionals.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of users who have varying levels of computer expertise.
• Ability to implement and adhere to best practices in information technology system integrity and build standards.
• Must be certified in Welcome

Nice To Haves

• Current experience and/or certification in configuring Epic a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Systems Analyst II position is an (in-office/remote) responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic’s Welcome and Security applications.
• Although this role is primarily Welcome- and Security-focused, the analyst will collaborate closely with the broader Patient Experience team and may contribute to initiatives, cross-coverage, and optimization efforts across all Epic patient-facing applications including MyChart, Cheers, Hello World, and Cadence.
• This role focuses on optimizing end‑to‑end digital patient journeys through system configuration, integrations, and workflow automation, delivering an improved user experience and measurable efficiency gains that support modern, patient‑centered healthcare delivery.
