About The Position

The client is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst / Data Engineering professional to support the continued development of a Data Integration Hub within the Performance Management & Analytics System (PMAS) environment. This role focuses heavily on ETL development using Informatica Power Center / IICS, advanced Snowflake SQL, data integration and dimensional modeling, and Agile-based data engineering initiatives within healthcare analytics and performance management systems. The consultant will collaborate closely with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, and support scalable analytics solutions.

Requirements

8+ Years Informatica Power Center or IICS ETL development
Data integration from multiple source systems
Snowflake SQL development
Systems analysis for analytics/data warehousing projects
Technical documentation and diagramming (Visio, Erwin)
Software platform delivery across enterprise systems
Writing efficient, testable code

Agile/Scrum experience
Healthcare/HHS experience
Experience with PHI/PII data

Responsibilities

Build and maintain ETL mappings/workflows using Informatica Power Center or IICS
Develop advanced Snowflake SQL scripts, views, and materialized views
Integrate data from: Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, Adobe PDF
Support data warehouse and dimensional model development
Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies
Create epics, user stories, and technical documentation
Perform integration, load, and stress testing
Develop automation for validation and verification
Collaborate on data acquisition and architecture strategies
Support deployments and ongoing operational enhancements
Produce mockups and technical specifications
