Enterprise - Systems Administrator - DDI, Python, Ansible
About The Position
Erias Ventures is seeking a System Administrator to be part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative and perform system administration functions. This role involves configuring and maintaining Linux and Windows servers, automating processes such as device hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, and system monitoring. The position also includes applying fixes, patches, and upgrades, troubleshooting server issues, administering customer accounts, deploying monitoring tools and applications, and assisting with escalated customer tickets. This position may allow for partial telework.
Requirements
- A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
- Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Mid-level Windows and Linux server system administration experience and knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year experience with each of these two operating systems
- VMware architecture administration experience
- Knowledge of physical and virtual servers
- Application administration and troubleshooting skills
- Security+ certification

Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Linux and Windows servers

- Climb ladders to install and troubleshoot sensor devices
- Apply fixes, patches and upgrades in a timely fashion
- Troubleshoot server issues
