MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Tier 2 System Administrator, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the customer’s mission. Provide technical support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Document solutions, processes, and known issues for efficient troubleshooting. Collaborate with engineers or external entities for advanced issue resolution. Participate in after-hours or on-call support as required.
