The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing Tiers 1-2 level support and assisting with Tier 3 support as designated by the Executive Director of IT. This position is primarily responsible for desktop and laptop support for staff, and secondarily responsible for administration of computing assets, including both server and client devices. This position is expected to provide exceptional customer service. This position serves as the primary point of contact for after-hours support on staff computers and end-user systems.
