About the Role You will provide support to our clients’ internal systems as well as shared hosted infrastructure platforms. This role is responsible for the effective installation, deployment, support, and administration of servers, software, and related systems. This position is ideal for someone who: Enjoys independent, heads-down technical work. Takes pride in accuracy, documentation, and systems that “just work.” Likes a structured, fast-paced environment where issues are owned end-to-end and solved methodically. You’ll be a key technical specialist on the team—more focused on deep expertise and process management than people management.
