About The Position

The IT Systems Administrator will maintain system stability, security, and performance across cloud and on-premises environments. The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for administering a broad range of technologies and services, focusing on Active Directory (AD), Entra, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Remote Access, Email systems, and Cloud Storage Solutions like OneDrive. In addition to day-to-day operations, the IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for planning and executing upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations, as well as troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring minimal downtime for mission-critical systems. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, networking, and applications teams, to ensure system integrity and compliance. The IT Systems Administrator must exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of IT systems experience is required.
  • Proficient knowledge and ability to use a computer (must be keyboard proficient) and other office technology (i.e., telephone, fax, etc.), MS Outlook and Word.
  • Valid driver license required.

Nice To Haves

  • Applicable work experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
  • Updated certifications preferred in MCSE, Azure, or other industry standard certification.
  • Healthcare IT experience preferred.
  • Experience programming or scripting preferred.
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Advanced knowledge of the electronic health record, health information management systems, and other healthcare applications.
