About The Position

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. This role serves as an IT systems trusted advisor, providing expert council on the selection of IT systems, components, and technologies. The position oversees the integration planning and deployment of IT systems, coordinating with the customer to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, including STIG, RMF, and vulnerability management best practices. The role also involves evaluating technologies and recommending solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

BA/BS in a related field
Minimum of 20 years related experience supporting classified and unclassified DoD environments.
Senior / expert level knowledge of the following: IT infrastructure design and implementation, Windows workstation and Server OS, Active Directory, RHEL, VMware vCenter/vSphere, High performance computing clusters (HPC), Automation tools such as PowerShell and Ansible, RMF auditing, STIG mitigation, SCAP/SCC, Vulnerability management with Tenable Nessus, Patch and configuration management (WSUS), Backup and recovery implementations, Log and event monitoring and management
Minimum of DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities
