About The Position

This role involves administering, maintaining, and implementing software infrastructures and applications to ensure optimal performance and stability for business operations. The Systems Administrator - Associate will collaborate with Application Developers and Software Engineers on the design, development, and enhancement of new and existing applications. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough analysis of new program applications, identifying potential issues, and diagnosing and resolving application errors efficiently. The position also requires developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, creating detailed reports on program performance, and providing training and ongoing support to staff members. Staying current with emerging software and technology trends is essential for continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering
  • 0 years of experience with BS/BA, 2 years of experience with AA/AS, 4 years of experience with no degree
  • Experience in the administration and maintenance of software infrastructures and applications.
  • DoW 8140 Compliance – CompTIA Security+ or Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Systems Security Certified Practitioner and ability to obtain DISA ACAS Operator training in 90 days
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and implement software infrastructures and applications to ensure optimal performance and stability for business operations.

  • Stay current with emerging software and technology trends to inform continuous improvement efforts.
