This role is fully remote and requires participation in an on-call rotation. When on-call, the candidate must be able to respond to calls via company phone within 15 minutes and connect to the company laptop by VPN within one hour for the entire 7-day on-call period. Availability for occasional after-hours work is also required for high-profile changes and supporting implementation teams. The role supports two key areas: backup of servers and augmenting the storage team at one of BAE Systems' business units, with eventual integration into the full enterprise support team.
