About The Position

Our software development team builds and maintains the business workflow service that connects Genetec’s business systems with its subscription products and orchestrates the end-to-end subscription lifecycle. We also build and maintain the subscriptions portal used by our partners and Genetec support teams, ensuring they can efficiently manage subscription-related workflows across products and services. The platform also helps organizations access, assign, and operate on the right customer systems, helping ensure customers, partners, and internal teams can collaborate seamlessly. As a System Test Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and owning the cross-system test design layer for our backend and portal applications. You will work closely with developers to understand how features are built, define effective test coverage and validate quality across the full delivery cycle. You will take ownership of testing the platform through both manual and automated approaches, while actively contributing to test strategy and development discussions. Your work will help ensure that quality is embedded early, risks are identified quickly and our products remain reliable as they evolve.
