System Test Engineer (Ranorex)

About The Position

Develop test plan and test protocols. Perform system testing for acceptance. Conduct tests on the electronic systems, circuits, and products, following the SOPs. Work with cross-functional teams to complete the assigned job duties within deadlines. Work with Supervisors to plan and coordinate test activities. Maintain complete and accurate documentations for system testing. Analyze and troubleshoot defects. Report product anomalies using defect tracking tool. Understand and interpret drawings, schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and instructions. Evaluate system performance and suggest improvements. Should be able to coordinate and work with offshore team (optional).

Requirements

  • Strong experience in test protocol writing based on requirements and input received from manager/developer.
  • Experience in test case execution and defect reporting using defect tracking tool.
  • Electronics product testing experience in any domain (preferably any embedded/Medical domain) with knowledge of using oscilloscope, multimeters etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-Motivated / result-oriented personality. Should be able to work independently with little monitoring.
  • Agility to support on multiple programs simultaneously if required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or knowledge in Ranorex automation preferable.
  • Experience in creating test scripts using Ranorex automation framework or any other automation framework preferable.
