Requirements
- At least 3+ years of system support experience
- Amazing customer service, communication, and telephone skills
- Understanding of software development standards
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other database management systems
Nice To Haves
- Experience with staffing agency software is a PLUS!
Responsibilities
- Take initiative and prioritize tasks when IT tickets are increasing rapidly
