About The Position
The State of Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Software Programmer - Project Lead for a rebid posting of an incumbent role. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing complex software systems within a hybrid work environment. This is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on .NET development and database-driven architectures.
Requirements
- .NET Software Design & Development: 10+ years
- Data-driven Applications using MS SQL (N-tier architecture): 8+ years
- Software Component and Subsystem Design: 8+ years
Nice To Haves
- Child Welfare or Human Services System Experience
- Experience in SACWIS/CCWIS requirements and objectives is a plus
- Agile Development: Hands-on experience working in Agile teams
Responsibilities
- Independently design and implement medium to large-scale software systems using .NET architectures.
- Lead the development of data-driven applications using N-tier architectures and relational databases.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
- Guide the successful design and implementation of multiple software components and subsystems.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
