JOB SUMMARY Specialists are responsible for provisioning and maintaining each employee and partner access to Payor and Internet Portals based on employee job title as well as ensuring termination of access is done timely. Specialists will also be responsible for working with compliance on audits of employee access based on job title and ensuring necessary corrections are made timely. The anticipated salary range for this position is $15.75 - $29.25 (Hourly). The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Requirements

  • Provisioning and maintaining employee and partner access to Payor and Internet Portals.
  • Ensuring timely termination of access.
  • Working with compliance on audits of employee access.
  • Making necessary corrections to access based on audits.
  • Creating new User IDs and initial passwords.
  • Providing appropriate security level access based on job title.
  • Responding to requestors within SLA requirements.
  • Assisting users with training for new applications.
  • Determining the cause of security-related issues preventing access.
  • Ensuring administrative access is restricted to the Systems Security Team unless approved by leadership.
  • Recommending and implementing resolutions for security issues.
  • Assisting with maintaining the Associate Maintenance Master.
  • Assisting with Segregation of Duties and Sarbanes-Oxley audits.
  • Maintaining training materials and job aids.
  • Following departmental document version controls.
  • Following Systems Security Control Policy RM205-001 and Apria.
  • Distributing informational announcements regarding updates and changes.
  • Maintaining informational databases.
  • Providing guidance to less experienced staff.

Responsibilities

  • Creates new User ID’s and initial passwords for employee requests received and Security Access Request forms in a timely manner.
  • Ensures users are provided with the appropriate security level access for the appropriate systems based on job title.
  • Responds to the requestor timely based on SLA requirements.
  • Assists users by providing the training required to access new applications once the User ID’s and passwords have been created.
  • Determines the cause of issues related to security that prevents access to applications or data.
  • Ensures administrative access is not given to anyone outside of the Systems Security Team unless approved by Systems Security leadership.
  • Recommends resolutions, and where appropriate, implements appropriate action to resolve the issue.
  • Assists with maintaining the Associate Maintenance Master through tracking approvals and requesting the necessary updates.
  • Assists with the timely completion of Segregation of Duties and Sarbanes-Oxley audits.
  • Maintains training materials as changes and updates occur to the existing job aids.
  • Follows departmental document version controls.
  • Follows Systems Security Control Policy RM205-001 and Apria
  • Assists with the distribution of informational announcements to the training staff and applicable company users to ensure updates and changes are effectively communicated to field system users.
  • Maintains the informational databases used by company employees in a timely manner.
  • Assists less experienced staff by providing guidance and instructions on job duties and responsibilities.
  • Performs other duties as required.
