About The Position

The System Safety Engineer contributes to the company mission by embedding rigorous risk management into the design process, ensuring the aircraft is both innovatively competitive and certifiable for safe flight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, systems engineering, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in system safety engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry
  • Familiarity of safety standards such as SAE ARP 4761, SAE ARP574A, DO-178 and DO-254
  • Experience with safety analysis tools (i.e., FaultTree+, CAFTA or similar)
