About The Position

As a System Regulatory Specialist, you oversee all areas of ProMedica and provide strategic support using your expertise in maintaining survey readiness and related regulations. You will lead process improvement efforts through audits, FSAs, rounds, PDSAs, gap analyses, FMEAs and tracers to ensure system-level continued readiness. In this role, you will guide preparation for surveys, site visits and regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with ProMedica policies and regulations. Requirements

BSN
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to enter data into a database, input and retrieve information from a computer.
Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees and to organize and implement educational activities.
Ability to understand directions, communicate, and respond to inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively construct and manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously.
2+ years Nursing experience
RN State of Ohio or Michigan

CHPQ Certification
