The System Performance Engineer is responsible for wireless carrier system performance, supporting technical activities for ongoing maintenance and monitoring of wireless systems. This involves notifying carriers and venue owners of system health, providing technical services and support to resolve customer network malfunctions, and using RF test equipment to evaluate system performance, compliance compatibility, and troubleshoot operational issues. The role also includes carrying out RF test execution and generating status and test reports, and attending training classes for OEM products to become knowledgeable in current DAS/Small Cell technologies.
