As the Clinical Nurse Manager for our General Pediatrics Triage team, you will serve as a vital leadership link between high-level operational strategy and front-line pediatric patient advocacy within the Systemized Nursing Call Center. This role demands a sophisticated blend of analytical and interpersonal skills to manage the daily operations of a remote nursing workgroup, ensuring that resource utilization remains balanced with the delivery of expert, age-appropriate care rooted in life-span growth and developmental principles for our pediatric population. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative team environment, applying personnel policies with consistency, and utilizing your clinical expertise to guide nurses through pediatric triage scenarios while meeting rigorous organizational objectives.
