The System Integration Validation Engineer (SIVE) supports end-to-end integration and validation of Power Moding and Vehicle State systems within Access and Security domain across programs, architecture variants, and global regions. This role owns validation readiness for assigned scope, including validation strategy, ADV plan content, execution planning, issue tracking, and evidence closure, to support functionality, performance, safety, quality, customer experience, and FMVSS compliance through launch. The SIVE builds system-level understanding of feature behavior, interfaces, variants, and failure modes; plans and executes analysis and testing across benches, HIL/SIL as applicable, virtual environments, and vehicles; and troubleshoots vehicle-level integration issues across hardware, software, calibration, networking, wiring, diagnostics, and system interactions. The role applies sound judgment within established procedures, handles standard and moderately complex issues independently, collaborates across functions to resolve non-routine problems, and communicates readiness, risks, and evidence clearly to support program objectives and launch success.
