About The Position

As a System Integration Test Architect, you will drive end-to-end validation across complex, multi-program ecosystems and to deliver solutions that improve quality and enable testing. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and quality, ensuring that system integrations are well-defined, gaps are identified early, and validation is executed in alignment with system test strategies.

Requirements

  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
  • Application Design, Architecture: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a test strategies.
  • Software Product Testing: Knowledge of software product testing; ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure software product quality and adherence to stated requirements.
  • Typically have 12 years or more of software engineering experience
  • Experience as a Technical Product Owner, System Integration Lead, or QA/Test Lead in complex systems
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs and system integrations
  • Experience owning and managing product backlog in Agile environment
  • Ability to read and interpret API specs, logs, and integration data flows
  • Experience defining end-to-end test scenarios and system validation strategies
  • Ability to identify testing and quality gaps across systems and translate them into actionable plans
  • Experience working across multiple teams/programs with complex dependencies
  • Experience with defect management and root cause analysis
  • Hands-on SQL
  • Experience with test automation
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices
  • Experience building or working with data quality/validation platforms

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical product owner for system test architecture scope, aligning with business and engineering goals
  • Own and manage backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and delivery tracking
  • Define requirements for new solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and enable testing
  • Drive integration validation across multiple programs and systems
  • Identify integration gaps, risks, and dependencies across systems, data flows, and environments
  • Ensure test teams execute validation in accordance with defined system test strategies
  • Lead cross-team alignment between engineering, QA, product, and program stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on validation progress and coverage
  • Continuously improve integration testing processes, tooling, and coverage
