About The Position

The System Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining electronic data interchange (EDI) and application programming interface (API) integrations between internal systems, external partners, and third-party applications at Covation Global / United Wheels Inc. This role ensures seamless data flow, system interoperability, and the reliability of mission-critical integrations that support business operations such as supply chain, finance, logistics, and customer service. Covation Global runs on data moving cleanly between systems and trading partners — purchase orders, invoices, shipping notices, and the many transactions that connect supply chain, finance, logistics, and customer service. When an integration fails, the impact is immediate: orders stall, files don’t post, and partners are left waiting. The System Integration Specialist is the person who keeps those connections reliable — building and maintaining the EDI and API integrations, monitoring the daily data exchange, and resolving issues quickly when something breaks. Done well, this role keeps mission-critical data flowing accurately and on time, onboards new partners smoothly, and protects the operations that depend on dependable system-to-system communication.
