We are looking for a highly motivated Systems Engineer to support the Next‑Gen OPIR GEO (NGG) program. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining documentation, working discrepancy reports, maintaining requirement traceability, and updating MBSE models. The position is based in Longmont, Colorado, with occasional travel to other local sites within the state.

Requirements

• Experience in requirement development and traceability
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Active and Current Secret Clearance required
• USC is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Agile methodology
• Strong technical writing skills, with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
• Previous experience on one of the following programs (OPIR, NGG, or SBIRS)
• Ability to multi-task, be thorough and detail oriented, with job closure and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile tools such as Confluence, Jira, Zephyr
• Experience or familiarity with software test practices/tools
